Family Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant - Fully Remote (Work From Home)
Job Type: Full-Time
Shifts: 4 overnight shifts per week
•Weekdays - 9 p.m. - 7 a.m
•Shifts for weekends: 2 p.m. - midnight
Job Summary: We are seeking fully remote Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to deliver high-quality virtual primary care services through a telemedicine platform. This is a 100% remote opportunity ideal for clinicians who value flexibility and who provide accessible, patient-centered care across New Jersey and New York.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive virtual primary care to patients of all ages
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Manage common conditions such as URIs, UTIs, GI issues, skin conditions, MSK complaints, hypertension, and diabetes
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic studies
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans appropriately
• Deliver preventive care and chronic disease management
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a virtual setting
Requirements:
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP preferred) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
• Active, unrestricted New Jersey and/or New York license
• New Graduates are also Welcome
• DEA registration required
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
