Pyramid Care Consultants is seeking a seasoned Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our dedicated team in a remote capacity. This full-time role is pivotal in providing comprehensive mental health support to trauma injury patients, guiding them through their healing journey and assisting them in navigating emotional and psychological challenges associated with their experiences.

Work Environment\n

This role is predominantly remote, allowing for flexibility in work schedules and the ability to create a comfortable work environment. Our clinic operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, fostering a work-life balance that supports both our employees and their families.

  • Collaborate with social service agencies, medical providers, and community outreach programs to provide comprehensive support to patients.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education to maintain National Certified Counselor certification and stay informed on best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with patients who have experienced trauma, guiding them as they process their experiences and develop coping mechanisms. These patients come from diverse backgrounds and face a variety of unique challenges, making it essential that you approach each case with empathy, cultural competency, and a commitment to understanding their individual circumstances.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

  • Must hold a valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with trauma patients, demonstrating a strong understanding of trauma-informed care practices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to facilitate effective reporting and documentation.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, aligned with experience and qualifications.
