To maintain quality and brand editorial style in a fast-paced agency environment, the full-time remote Editor will create and update brand style guides, review materials for accuracy and compliance, and provide editorial guidance to team members. Key responsibilities Develops and maintains brand style guide, ensuring adherence across deliverables Reviews and fact-checks brand materials for correctness, credibility, and compliance with established standards Communicates effectively with team members and provides actionable feedback during editorial reviews Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in English 2 to 4 years of proofreading and/or editing experience in a fast-paced pharmaceutical agency or similar environment Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Strong knowledge of AMA style and experience with secondary research tools Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
